Deluxe Room
A convenient option for traveling families or groups, the Deluxe Room is one of our largest rooms. We hope you’re comfortable during your stay at The Salty Dog of Ortley Beach.

- 2 twins (trundle bed) folds out to a King bed

- Offers sliders to backyard
- Has a private full bathroom with shower

Living/ Dining room
Come hang out, have some drinks, or have some dinner, seating at the dining table or there are 4 stools at the counter.
Our Service Fees and Policies
Cleaning fee $175
Pet fee $400 non-refundable (2 dogs max, have to be approved by owner prior to booking )
Damage Deposit $400 fully refundable within 15 days of check out.
There are no large gatherings or parties allowed.
No smoking inside the house, smoking outside permitted as long as cigarette butts are disposed of safely in a garbage bag so it doesn't blow over the rocks or set fire.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if cancelled 60 or more days before check-in date. 50% Refund if cancelled 30 days before check-in.​ No refund if cancelled within 30 days. If cancelled within 30 days we will try to reschedule based on availability for a similar or lower rate as a courtesy if the guest wishes.
Any fines incurred during your stay will be the responsibility of the tenant.
Tenants must comply with local laws and ordinance especially where Covid19 rules and regulations are concerned.
Linens and towels are not provided. If needed, we can provide you with a local company that has good reviews to bring you towels and sheets. Otherwise, you can always bring your own. You will need sheets for 2 queen beds, 1 full, 3 twins.
